“Cosy old cottage, very peaceful” The owner Sally was very welcoming with milk and cake and some great leaflets on local walks.The cottage was delightful and warm, especially in the evenings with the log burner. Sadly it was too cold to use the garden but we enjoyed watching all the birds through the picture window while we had breakfast. We loved the spring flowers and pussy willows. Bushmills was a half hour walk away (we took the quieter and more scenic Craigaboney Road, not the main road) with bars, restaurants and the distillery tour. Highlights were the awesome coastal walks, Donegal, Derry (by train from Coleraine through fantastic scenery). A fabulous area with really friendly local people, especially in the Bush House Bar.

“Peace, quiet and access” 4 miles from Bushmills, minutes from Giant’s Causeway and Portrush access to this part of Ulster is magnificent. Further on Ballycastle for boat trips, especially to Carrick- a - Rede and also Dunluce Castle gives you the essence of our holiday. The cottage is nicely furnished and equipped. Feed the birds and a variety will visit. A niggle is no WiFi.

“Great wee place” Stayed here for a few nights whilst we explored the Giants Causeway and surrounding areas. Lovely rooms and very easy to find. Perfect spot for pottering around and exporting the local area.

“This was the perfect getaway home....location, warmth, cozy and clean!!” Irene was the perfect host. We traveled with my husband and 4 young boys ages 10,8,6,4. She welcomed us with fresh milk and tea/coffee and chocolate's for the boys. The house was the perfect location. It was right in the heart of the town. It was the cleanest place I think I have ever stayed in. Her attention to detail was superb. She had everything from movies for children, to the amenities in the kitchen, to the house being so clean and tidy. I highly recommend this to any family looking for lodging in Bushmills.

“Have been before and will go back” Myself, wife and two grand-daughters have now stayed 3 times over the years. The large courtyard is ideal for the kids, plenty of space and no traffic. The location offers plenty of options along the route from Ballycastle to Portstewart and beyond. The cottage is comfortable,always clean and well prepared. No hesitation in recommending it.

“Great wee cottage in a great location - highly recommend” Spent a fantastic week at croft cottage. Maurice was fantastic and nothing was too much hassle. Made to feel right at home the moment we arrived. Great location for exploring the north coast. The house was warm, comfortable and cosy. Welcome pack supplied was a nice personal touch with delicious home made wheaten bread. Would highly recommend and will definitely be back for a second visit.
