The apartment is thoroughly cleaned and sanitised prior to every visit.

The apartment is situated in the prestigious Bishops Wharf development on the banks of the Ouse. It has views over the river and the city walls. The apartment is tastefully decorated with the emphasis on comfort, cleanliness and quality furnishings, linens, towels and robes. It has lots of natural light and windows to both aspects.Strolls along the river and the city walls are moments away and all the attractions of York are a very short walking distance. The trendy area of Bishopthorpe Road with all its small cafes, restaurants, hertitage pubs and shops are just around the corner. It is also a short walk to the railway station.

The apartment is also very well positioned for those wishing to enjoy York races.The property has its own allocated parking space, private access to the river and has high quality communal area and lift access. The kitchen is well equipped with cooker, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and washer dryer and plenty of crockery, glasses and utensils. There is an iron, ironing board and hairdryer.The bathroom is spacious with large bath and shower and complimentary toiletries and has fluffy towels, robes and slippers.The large living room has a dining area, a comfortable quality 3 seater sofa and an armchair and TV. There is free unlimited WIFI.The bedroom is roomy with a high quality kingsize bed, lots of storage and mirrors.The apartment is centrally heated.The apartment is calm and tranquil with no outside noise even though it is in a city location. It's perfect for watching the world go by, see the boats on the river and enjoy the city views. The kitchen is stocked with quality crockery and cutlery and essentials of paper towels, salt and pepper. The fridge will have milk and a few essentials. There is always some treats waiting for you.

How do damage deposits work?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Susan (the owner) a message.

If Susan (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
