Fully equipped villa with its own secluded private pool and separate childrens pool located on the gated Vineyards hotel/Spa resort only 15 minutes from Bourgas airport

Two bedrooms and two bathrooms, one ensuite. Both bedrooms have their own small terrace/balcony

The downstairs living area is open plan with a lounge, dining and kitchen area with small sofa bed

Downstairs toilet

The kitchen has a microwave, oven, hob, fridge and washing machine.

Wi-Fi & Cable TV

Air conditioning via three separate units, one downstairs and one in each of the beadrooms

Small log burner in the lounge for those colder, out of season evenings

Off road parking for one car

There is a cot and high chair available to hire

The private outdoor garden has a BBQ area for al fesco dining and a number of chairs/sunbeds

Ideal for a relaxing family holiday away from the hussle and bustle of the main costal resorts while only being a ten minute drive away should you wish to visit

We do not rent to large groups looking to rent other properties on the resort at the same time

Lovely piece of privacy

Nice view from the swimming pool and the terrasse. We were 4. Perfect house for quite holidays. Restaurant is closed to the house. I recommend this place.
