From the owner

This is truly a unique apartment. Totally refurbished . It has everything including a 50" Flat Screen TV with dvd and surround system plus huge array of channels It contains a fully modern equipped kitchen,air conditioning throughout and beautiful corniced ceilings in every room. If all that is not enough it boasts a 40sqm terrace at the rere with a gas barbecue. At 110 sqm the apartment is spacious, bright and airy and the two bedrooms lead out onto the magnificent terrace. The terrace has lovely outdoor furniture where you can wine and dine al fresco. There is also a separate breakfast / dining room situated in the conservatory which leads out onto the terrace through glass doors.

The utility room has a washer, dryer, ironing board etc.

The three bedrooms each contain two large single beds which can be clipped together to form a double bed. The surprise is the walk in bathroom en suite - true luxury! The other two bedrooms lead out onto the vast patio/terrace.

All the restaurants and nightlife of cannes are only a stroll away. The apartment is situated one street nearer to the Croisettte than Rue d'Antibes which is the premier shopping area .Everything is right on your doorstep

How do damage deposits work?

If Tony (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
