Villa Louella is a contemporary villa in a quiet residential area of Carvoeiro and within a five minute walk of shops and restaurants, near the beach which is ten minutes walk. The villa is built to a high, contemporary specification and has very pleasant lawned gardens. Private infinity pool and children's pool, [heating available at additional charge on request], decking, electric awning over the dining area, poolside barbecue. Four bedrooms with en-suite shower/bathrooms, full air-conditioning, games room. TV's in all rooms with UK channels. Bluetooth music system, blu ray DVD player, free Wi-Fi. Utility/laundry room. The garden is fenced and hedged all around and the entrance is via remote controlled electric gates. Alarm system and 24 hour protection.

Property Details:

Three kingsize bedrooms with en-suite shower or bathrooms and one twin bedroom with family bathroom adjacent. The master bedroom and bedroom 2 have private balcony/terraces and bedrooms 3 and 4 have access directly to the poolside. All bedrooms have TV.

The master bedroom en-suite has a walk in shower plus a large bath and twin vanity sinks.

Bedrooms 2 and 3 have walk in en-suite shower rooms. The family bathroom has a large bath and shower. Guest cloakroom.

There is a large contemporary open plan kitchen with centre island that flows into the dining room all overlooking the swimming pool with access to the poolside decking and al fresco dining through a double bank of French windows. Electric cooker and hob, extractor, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, breakfast bar.

There is a utility room for clients use with washing machine, dryer and sink.

The spacious living room has a private terrace overlooking the garden and pool, with steps to the barbecue and pool area. Flat screen satellite TV, blu-ray DVD and bluetooth speaker.

Externally the villa has large infinity private swimming pool plus separate children's pool (pool heating available). The pool and children's pool have the ambience of a spa with the surrounding decking. A large remote controlled awning is available to provide additional shade for either dining or relaxation. BBQ with sink. A number of terraces and relaxation areas from bedrooms and lounge. The villa is equipped with a full range of sunbeds, outside dining furniture and chairs for relaxation. Pleasant landscaped gardens which are lit and include lawn areas.

The villa is walled and fenced for privacy and security and is accessed through electric gates.

Externally the villa is almost traffic free being located at the end of a small cul-de-sac.

The weekly rental includes Air Conditioning/blow heating and WiFi.

Pool Heating if required £300 per week

For winter lets heating is provided to all rooms free of charge by the air con/heater blow units. If additional radiator heating is required it is charged at £100 per week.

THE ARRIVAL DATE IS FLEXIBLE FROM NOVEMBER - April 27th.

Arrival date is Saturday from April 27th to end of October.

If Louella (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
