EARLSHALL NEWQUAY is an extra large Victorian house with FOUR en-suite bedrooms in a great central location with parking for 2/3 cards. outside shower area. All bedrooms have TVS

It is the perfect property for friends or families to relax and enjoy Newquay's stunning beaches and vibrant surf culture. A visit to Fistral Beach is just a short walk away or the Harbour and Towan Beaches are no more than a ten minute walk away, perfect for your surf sessions or just a relaxing day at the beach without the need to find and pay for any expensive car parks.

If you fancy a change of transport to explore the town, the land train stops just a stone’s throw from your door and takes in the whole of the town. Newquay Zoo and Trenance boating lake are also en route.

The house has four bedrooms and can sleep 8 in beds. For your added family or friends a single bed can be pulled out.

Earlshall offers spacious and modern accommodation over two floors. All four bedrooms, one on the ground floor all have their own bathrooms.

On the ground floor the property has been designed to have plenty of space for guests to socialise and relax. The lounge has modern leather sofas and lovely country views from the large bay windows. It is a bright and comfortable room.

The dining room is separate and accommodates 8 persons but there are extra chairs around if required.

At the front of the house there is a large, private, south-facing outdoor seating/patio area. This provides the perfect place to sit and enjoy the wonderful country views. At the same time enjoying a summer BBQ and a chilled beer or two.

When the sun goes down you can wine and dine the night away at any one of a number of acclaimed restaurants including Jamie Oliver's Fifteen at Watergate bay, or the outstanding Lewinnick Lodge with stunning views of the Atlantic coastline.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Linda (the owner) a message.

If Linda (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
