Immaculately clean, stylish, luxury, first floor apartment with stunning views. Dedicated parking spaces and private garden entrance to this luxurious apartment. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, free parking for two cars, with wonderful views of the river. All three super king beds can be split into singles.

Ideal to park up and enjoy the city on foot. Or a short drive to Chester Zoo, Cheshire Oaks Outlet, Wrexham Football Club and a little further to Liverpool and Manchester.

On the banks of the River Dee with its lovely meadow walks, next to the Roman amphitheatre and backing on to Grosvenor Park, sits Riverside Apartment.

Three beautifully presented, very large double bedrooms, all of which can be made up as singles if needed. The living, kitchen, dining room is one very large, well equipped, sociable area, finished to an excellent standard. With the exception of the bathrooms, every room has a flat screen TV/DVD players. Stand alone shower available in both bathrooms, separate bath with shower in the main bathroom.

All bedding and towels are professionally laundered. The house is professionally cleaned after every stay. Our guest reviews consistently remark on the high standard of cleanliness.

A great set up for a group of friends or family. And, if you want to impress on a romantic weekend or a special occasion, then this apartment is the perfect getaway. This is a top end rental for a business trip.

The entrance is via steps into your own private courtyard garden - a wonderful, sheltered garden to eat outdoors in the warm weather. Sturdy handrails on the garden steps.

It is possible for couples or families to rent both the River House and Riverside Apartment for special occasions, sleeping up to 12 adults.

Run by the owners of the award winning River House, Chester (Holiday Lettings property 167690) next door, and the House at Waters Edge (1733362), this apartment is guaranteed to be a very special place in a world class location.

Melanie has a great list of tried and tasted, local takeaways, restaurants and amenities. You can even choose from a menu of authentic, professional Italian cooking to be dropped off at the house, ready for your arrival. As Melanie lives nearby, she is on hand for any questions & sends an info pack of local recommendations and access info before your arrival. You have 24 hour access to the property.

Nestled in the heart of the city, the apartment enjoys privileged driving access to this pedestrian area, and so benefits from peaceful nights and interesting days, watching the boats, the people and enjoying the walks and the wildlife on the river. There are 3 restaurants, 2 pubs and a cafe within minutes walk. There is no need to drive around the city as everything is within easy walking distance.

Chester has plenty to enjoy. It is full of wonderful shops hidden in the Tudor rows, good restaurants, museums and great connections to North Wales, Liverpool and Manchester. The house backs on to a beautiful park with a wonderful miniature railway for children. Chester Race course is a 10 minute walk away, Chester Zoo and the Blue Planet Aquarium are a short drive away.

How do damage deposits work?
