Superb 5 bedroom detached villa, fully air-conditioned, tastefully furnished and well- equipped. It is set in a peaceful tranquil location, in a magnificent garden with private pool and large terrace overlooking the mountains and the beautiful Myrtos bay.

The villa is divided into 2 self-contained apartments (3 bedrooms on the top floor and 2 bedrooms on the ground floor) ideal for families travelling with friends, grandparents or teenagers wanting their own space.

You can rent one or both floors depending on the number of persons.

A supplement of 10% will apply for arrivals from Monday to Friday.

It is just 3 minutes’ drive to the spectacular Myrtos beach and 10 from the charming port of Agia Efimia. 3 tavernas and 2 mini markets are just 5 minutes’ walk away.

Finally, you will find a barbecue area complete with large table and chairs: a wonderful location for al fresco dining beside the floodlit pool!

We are not here just to rent you a villa. We want to help you have the best possible holiday. The owners Micheline and Vangelis will welcome you at the Villa upon your arrival and I will give you all the informations you may need during your stay such as local tavernas which serve authentic Greek food, where to go and what to see, boat hire companies...etc Last but not least, the owner Micheline, as an archeologist, specializing in ceramics and mosaic techniques can teach you the basics of her art. During 4 hours, you will learn how to cut the marble with a hammer, assemble and cement glue tesserae on a light support. Each participant will leave with his own mosaic.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    How do I edit my booking?

    You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Roxane / Vangelis (the owner) a message.

    If Roxane / Vangelis (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
