From the owner

Villa Anita is a newly refurbished 3 bedroom house situated in the part of Dubrovnik called Sustjepan. Sustjepan situated in the area of the Rijeka Dubrovačka , on River Ombla, in area that used to be the favorite resting place of Dubrovnik patricians. With it's great size terrace and garden it offers a chance to have a great holiday to families with children, group of friends or if you are just looking for a place that will provide you with a chance to get away from all the crowds and noise and to enjoy a great time somewhere by the sea and with great value for your money. On summer 2019 our guests will enjoy in private pool

The house consists of large terrace and garden area (with proper built in BBQ, large dining table and chairs, sun loungers, hammock and outside jacuzzi for 4 persons), ground floor is a bit elevated and consists of living room with sitting area and TV, one family bathroom and fully equiped kitchen and dining area. From the hallway steps lead up to the first floor with two double bedrooms, one tripple room, balcony with view of the sea and a family bathroom. Two bedrooms are facing the sea and one is facing the garden.

After you wake up in the morning all you need to do is go down to the sea (app 30 m) and jump in for a refreshing swim before breakfast.

There is a nice pizzeria /restaurant called Konoba Bonaca just down the street as well.

Anita and Pasko, the owners will greet you with fresh local fruit and home made drinks and you will feel like you are at home away from home.
