We have recently renovated our beautiful 2 bed first floor apartment. It sleeps 4/5 plus cot , located on the beachfront, rear elevation (no sea views) with the lounge overlooking the lovely Swiss Cottage gardens. We wanted to create a luxury home from home which is child and dog friendly. We also provide free Wi Fi . Free parking on the road outside. Communal front patio area with sea views (first come first served basis)

Modern open plan living area

One large king sized bedroom containing silent night divan bed , pull out memory foam bed and plenty of room for a travel cot. TV with DVD player and recordable FREESAT box. Wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside tables.

One twin bedroom containing two divan beds, one with drawers, (3ft x 6ft and 2ft 6 x 6ft 3). Single oak wardrobe.

Modern open plan living area - leather corner sofa, comfortably seating 5, 42inch smart tv with DVD and Humax recordable FREESAT box.

Solid oak dining area.

Modern kitchen with NEFF appliances- NEFF full size fridge freezer, NEFF induction hob and single oven, dishwasher and washer dryer.

Good sized bathroom with separate MIRAS rainfall dual shower .

Whilst we are not located in Filey, we have a fantastic management team who are on hand in case of an emergency . We are also on hand , by phone before or during your stay . We visit Filey on a regular basis and can advise on things like restaurants, parking etc.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Julie (the owner) a message.

If Julie (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
