Arredato con cura e funzionalità in un perfetto mix tra design moderno e stile fiorentino, con pavimenti in cotto d'Este e decori alle pareti.

"Le Rose di Leonardo" è un appartamento ideale per assaporare la quotidianità della vita fiorentina in tutte le sue sfumature. Perfetto sia per rilassarsi dopo una giornata tra le bellezze cittadine che per lavorare in un ambiente dotato di ogni confort.

L'appartamento si trova al 1 piano nel centro storico di Firenze, ed è composto da cucina-soggiorno, un bagno, una camera da letto matrimoniale, un’altra camera con letto singolo e un ripostiglio. Si trova in una via pedonale.

Per garantirvi una totale autonomia, l'appartamento è dotato di cucina completamente attrezzata (con lavastoviglie). Troverete inoltre asciugamani, lenzuola, docciaschiuma/shampoo, phon, acqua, caffè, thè, zucchero, olio, sale e pepe.

L'appartamento è dotato di aria condizionata in cucina e in entrambe le camere (novità Febbraio 2023!!), ventilatori a soffitto, zanzariere alle finestre e connessione WI-FI. Sono presenti inoltre asse da stiro, ferro da stiro e tostapane.

Vivo nello stesso palazzo dell'appartamento che affitto. Sarò quindi a vostra disposizione per consigli, suggerimenti e necessità che potranno sorgere durante il vostro soggiorno.

Dal 1 Aprile 2023 il Comune di Firenze con delibera n° 56/2023 ha istituito la tassa di soggiorno pari a 5.50 Euro a persona per notte, per un massimo di 7 notti. Sono esenti minori fino al compimento del dodicesimo anno di età.

L’importo sarà riscosso in contanti al momento del check-in.

A pochi passi troverete il Mercato di Sant'Ambrogio,famosissimo per i suoi prodotti alimentari locali.

Sotto casa sono invece presenti ristoranti, bar, banche e svariati negozi di abbigliamento.

Supermercato e farmacia distano poche centinaia di metri.

I am glad to inform you in the next weeks I will change the apartment windows with the highest quality insulated panels on the market. This is to provide a top quality service to my guests, as the other reviews can demonstrate. If you come back to Florence you can stay again at my place and enjoy the benefits. The comment on the garbage made me smile :) In the whole city of Florence there is no pick up on the streets and dumpsters are less than 50 metres far away the apartment. Probably you missed them?

Why can't I call Silvia (the owner) before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Silvia (the owner) a message.

If Silvia (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
