Ground Floor
Spacious entrance hall leads to the living room (with TV Sat, CD, DVD lectors and fan) and dining rooms (seats 18), elegantly decorated in neo classic style and with large door-windows opening out onto the park and fresco dining terraces.
Well-equipped kitchen with an old big fireplace, provided with fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, squeezer, coffee maker, etc.
Billiard room with antique billiard and related accessories.
First Floor
Four bedrooms (3 double beds and 1 single bed) furnished in authentic antique style and 4 adjacent spacious bathrooms (2 with baths and 2 with shower). The windows of each room enjoy a relaxing view over the park and over the countryside. Bedrooms are separated by boudoirs and are perfect for their tranquility.
Under the tower
Double bedroom and adjacent bathroom with shower. Spiral staircase leads to an exclusive space inside the tower with an unique view at 360 degrees for making art, reading and thinking.

Swim Spa
Luxury heated Swim Spa with counter current, ideal for swimming, jogging in water or simply relaxing in one of the hydrotherapy massage seats. The powerful swim jets will permit a great workout and the flow of water can be regulated so that all swimmers will be able to enjoy themselves.
At the end of the day, choose the colours from the range of chromo therapy effects that best suit your mood and then simply relax in the soothing massage.

For groups of more than 9 persons there is the possibility to rent also the mansard (ID 5384443, pax 7 persons) located under the tower in the same building. Please contact the owner.
City fee is 2,00 Euro per day and person for the first 7 days (free for children under 14 years).
The property is only a 5-minute drive from the Ugolino Sporting Club, including 5 tennis courts, 2 soccer fields, gym, sauna, solarium, swimming pool. Moreover, for golf fans one of the most prestigious clubs, the Golf Club Ugolino.
