Lovely large Garden Studio apartment with own entrance, lounge/ dining room with extra large bedroom area with king size bed that can be separated to make twin beds. Full kitchen with full size cooker, fridge freezer, microwave and washing machine. lovely bathroom. This is an ideal rental close to shops, restaurants bars and the Beach. The studio has fans and Air conditioning. The popular Sunset Crest where this Studio is situated is an ideal location for all your Holiday needs. A secluded garden area and a rotary line for the washing is adjacent . No need to have a car rental as everything is a short walk away, the glorious beaches are just five minutes away and access to the beach club swimming pool with sun loungers and bar is free to residents and Holiday makers of Sunset Crest. The best Restaurants and First street for entertainment are a stroll away. Surfside beach bar for Happy hour every day and steel pan band on Sundays. Sit relax watch the sun go down with a Cocktail in your hand after a hard day on the beach sun bathing or swimming with the Turtles. Secure bars and Mosquito nets over the windows and doors.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Helen (the owner) a message.

If Helen (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
