All guests must have valid travel insurance and minimum of 6 validity on their passport . Only those guests whose names that appear on the booking form are permitted to stay at the villa. Only guests with full valid driving licenses are permitted to drive the rental car. A 10% couple (2 persons only) discount is availble for 2 week reservations.
Conditions
A 25% of the total rental tariff booking deposit is payable on making the reservation, guests will also be required to complete and sign a booking form. The balance payment, plus a refundable security deposit is payable 10 weeks prior to arrival at the villa. All reservations made within the 10 week period must be paid for in full at the time of making the reservation. Free transfers to and from the villa from either Dalaman or Antalya are included in the rental tariff for all 2 week full occupancy reservations in July and August.

Payment may be made By sterling cheque, IBAN , bank transfer or by credit card via the Paypal system(please not that credit card payments incur a 3,9% surcharge)
