Situated in a park of 2.5 hectares, partly wooded and partly lawn, enjoys a panoramic view from both sides; one overlooking the sea of the archipelago with the Livornian costline, showing the islands of Elba, Gorgona, Capraia, right up to the Gulf of La Spezia and the other shows the Tuscan hills where it is possible to take mapped out walks; hire a mountain bikes to explore the surrounding areas or even try out some of horse riding at the nearby stable.
It has a total of 6 rooms,with private access and bathroom, one of wich is also equiped with a ramp and services for disable people. Each room has been decorated and fornitured with care and they are all made in different stiles and colours.
The Villa also has a Hall (70 sqm) available for conferences, dinners, birthdays or any other kind of celebration.
