How to get there
For Sat Nav - use PL1 3FN.
Heading West - M5 south to Exeter; Join A38 to Plymouth; Leave A38 at the 'Marsh Mills' junction (Sainsbury's on your left) and take the A374 (sp. City Centre & Continental Ferry Port). Continue to follow the signs for the 'Ferry Terminal (Freight)' through the city centre passing the Theatre Royal and Plymouth Pavilions. After passing the Pavilions on your left you will come to a roundabout with KFC and KwikFit on your left. Take the first exit and continue to the next roundabout (entrance to ferry terminal). Take the second exit onto Millbay Road (red building on your right). Take the third turning on your right (immediately after the VW showroom) into Brittany Street. No. 65 is in the first block on your left. You will need to stop to pick up the keys from the key safe. To access the parking area take a left between the two blocks of flats and then left again behind the flats. The key fob (L button) will open the gate to the underground parking area. Take a left and left again into the main parking area. Bay 65 is the third bay on your left. Access to the lift is via the door on the left. Flat 65 is on the second floor.
To exit the car park drive through to the other gate. Press the key fob (R button) to open the gate.
Getting around
The flat is located within easy walking distance of the City Centre shopping area, historic Barbican area, Royal William Yard, Plymouth Hoe, Naval Dockyard, Mount Edgcumbe Country Park. A short drive away is Dartmoor and Cornwall. The city is well serviced by both road, rail and sea connections. By road - both National Express and Megabus provide direct links to the City from across then UK By rail - the city is serviced by GWR and Cross Country trains which provide direct links from all parts of the UK. By sea - Brittany Ferries provides a year round link to Roscoff in Brittany and Santander in Spain. By air - buses run hourly directly from the city to Bristol Airport (approx 2hrs) for flights to both Europe and Worldwide locations.
