Casa Los Pajaros is situated less than 2 kilometers from the centre of Moraira and beaches. Set in a quiet avenue location on the hillside, the villa commands magnificent views of the sea and the mountains. The three terraces attract the sun from dawn until dusk. The roman-style private swimming pool (approximately 8m x 4m) is fully enclosed and surrounded by a sun terrace; there is also a built-in Weber gas barbecue. The villa sits in its own maintained private garden and is gated from the road providing off road parking for several cars.Additional features include digital satellite television with English channels including BBC and ITV,

WiFi/internet,washing machine, and a wood-burning stove which is ideal for winter tenancies. The 3 principle bedrooms have air conditioning.The villa is has 2 double bedrooms(with air conditioning) a twin bedded room (with air conditioning) and single bedded room (without air conditioning) and is equipped to accommodate 6 people . A cot and a highchair are also available on request. The property is legally registered with the Valencian Tourist Board No AT442915-A

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    If Ian (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
