This comfortable pretty, peaceful bungalow is situated at the end of a quiet country lane, with open fields to the left, it is opposite the historic village church. It has a large comfortable lounge, fully equipped kitchen and family bathroom, with both bath and a separate shower. one double bedroom and one twin bedroom with 2 single beds.The lounge also has a sofa bed, which sleeps 2.

It has a large fully enclosed back garden, and is dog friendly (Maximum 2).

The beautiful Sea Palling blue flag beach is a few hundred yards away. It is located halfway between the coastal resorts of Great Yarmouth and Cromer, with fun fairs, piers, model village, aquarium and various tourist attractions.

The beautiful Norfolk broads are close by, where boats can be hired and guided trips are available on larger vessels.there are lots of walks in and around the village. Golf / fishing/ horse riding and water sports are all available in close proximity.

The price includes all utilities, bed linen and towels, it is well equipped with a selection of DVDs / books and games and available for summer holidays or winter escapes alike.

Travel cot, baby bath and high chair are available on request.

The village has a post office/ Store which sells a wide selection of goods. There is also a village pub. Cycle hire is available close by.

Driving in to Sea Palling from Stalham on the B1159 there is a large bus shelter on your right. Just past this, turn left into church road.follow the road as far as you can. when you reach the church, Traquair is opposite.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Jenny (the owner) a message.

    If Jenny (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
