The Residence

A 3 bedroom, Balinese style private compound with open kitchen, living and balcony area design.

Each bedroom suite is fully air-conditioned with supporting adjustable floor fans. Private bathrooms are separated by traditional Balinese style double doors.

Each bathroom suite is modeled in natural Javanese green stone walls and sand stone floors. Wood finishings of Teak, Suar, Mahogany, and Coconut accent the doors, wardrobe, vanity and mirrors.

Large glass and Mahogany doorways in each bedroom lookout onto the pool, deck, balcony and garden areas.

Your pool is an 8m x 4m green stone swimming area with a depth ranging from 0.5m to 1.5m. Pool area is designed with a bathroom and outdoor shower.

The Balcony area is ideal for relaxing under the shade, sipping a cocktail, sharing stories or chatting up the Balinese staff.

Gardens are decorated with indigenous Balinese flora and statues of Balinese deities.

The kitchen area offers a large island bar, complete with water cooler, wine rack, mini fridge, and microwave. The counter tops are black granite with Mahogany wood cabinetry, kitchen is a modern design for socializing in Bali and taking a causal dinner of up to six.

Ayatana Bali, your private villa residence, is ideally located in the most desired residential area of Seminyak. Access is ideal to the majority of hot spots in the Seminyak village.

Located in the Oberoi neighborhood, between Ku De Ta beach and the trendy Jalan Kayu Aya Road (a.k.a "Eat Street") which hosts many of Seminyak's popular bars, boutiques, clubs, spas and restaurants.

You are just footsteps away, down a safe, quite and private road (300m) from Jl. Kayu Aya (a.k.a. "Eat Street").

From Ayatana Bali:

- 3 min. walk to the Jl. Kayu Aya

- 3-5 min. walk to boutiques, spas, shops

- 7 min. walk to beach and Ku de Ta

- 7 min. walk to Ultimo/ Rumors (restaurants)

Why can't I call Ayatana (the owner) before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

If you have any questions before booking, you can send the property owner/manager a message via the contact form on their listing. Once you’ve booked, you can discuss the rental and make arrangements for your trip by logging into Manage my booking.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Ayatana (the owner) a message.

If Ayatana (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
