Also features a 40 inch Television, beautiful handmade dining room table and chairs for intimate meals, adjacent to the charming, leaded Captain's window looking out to sea.

KITCHEN: Modern kitchen with all the equipment required to prepare and cook meals, with a beautiful sea view as you cook.

3 DOUBLE BEDROOMS: One gorgeous sea view bedroom with a wonderful handmade 'princess and the pea' bed and two huge double bedrooms to the back, the charming colonial room, and the fern room which can be set up as a double or twin.

BATHROOM: Modern bathroom with toilet, separate shower and bath, and a separate WC off the main hall.

How do damage deposits work?
