The area has great weather 300 days of the year due to micro climate and is fantastic for golfers in winter ...a perfect all year holiday/break with a real log fire for winter breaks a log effect calor gas fire if needed making winter stays very home from home, please book early as we book all year very fast to avoid disappointment. The lounge has a high tec ceiling fan equipped with built in speaker for your blue tooth music so please bring along your own Bluetooth music ,
It has two bedrooms, the master bedroom has a leather kingsize bed with luxury memory foam mattress and pillows for comfort with luxury bedding, it also has an ensuite bathroom with power shower, toilet and sink.
A separate family bathroom with bath, shower, sink and toilet can be found between the two bedrooms. Second bedroom has a double bed, built in wardrobes, TV & X-Box. Nothing about this home is standard, it is equipped for your comfort and luxury.
It is fully fitted with mozzies blinds all through, a must in Spain , including sliding screen off lounge patio.
The kitchen is fully equipped with hob, oven, fridge freezer, washing machine, microwave, kettle & toaster.
The living room has 2 large leather recliening sofas, very comfortable and would seat 3 people on each.
It is equipped with a 50 " LED smart TV with access to UKTV,plus netflix with so much on so much more all latest cinema movies tv shows and sports Package ..Great for longer stays and never missing sporting events ..WIFI, dvd player with a large selection of upto date DVDs, As well as th latest 4 4K ultra HD Blu-Ray player for high quality viewing with selection of Blu -Ray discs also everything for relaxing when wanted and a selection of board games .
There are plenty of up to date latest reading books and selections for everyone . Off of the living room is a sliding patio door leading onto a tiled terrace, beautiful for taking it all in with a glass of wine.
There is a gate from the terrace down into the pretty garden with table, chairs, parasol and a luxury garden swing perfect for reading or relaxing . Then there are steps leading up to a very large roof terrace where the veiws are just beautiful and breath taking, our favorite place to be at the end of the day, at the top of the world to then sit and relax on a fantastic sofa and chairs... The roof terrace has a very comfortable seating sofa and chairs also and each terrace and has a full size sun awning that can be wound in or out to suit.
The bedrooms have thick luxury memory foam mattress ensuring a great nights sleep also every little detail has been thought about, Bathroom has hairdryer as well as for the ladies GHD straighteners & Curling also a Barbeque for use but must be clean after each stay by guests.
Not forgetting the beautiful adults and childrens pools set in beautiful gardens which are secure, private and gated. Los Dolses is an area for all year round breaks as winters can also be very mild and sunny great for golfers or just a chilled out break.we have the highest 5 star reviews in the area they speak for themself ..

The villa has aircon hot or cold and also has a real log insert fire for your winter breaks beautiful when on and very cosy/romantic and very safe and easy to use. Logs availble in bags 2 minute walk in local garden centre and cheap. We can also hire baby buggy, booster seat, travel cot with bedding, high chair ect all at very good rates.
This is a non smoking villa although smoking is allowed out in the garden at the table area with ashtrays .Book early for longer winter stays at reduced rate but still nice weather ask for details and only £100 deposit to secure and book .
This is a lovely home from home with all home comforts and great for longer winter stays looking for some winter sun walk down to local shops and cafés and new foot path to large shopping mall.We also have bikes to hire weekly, great rides down the canals and surrounding areas not suitable for trekking off road. We are able too provide car hire also from the house during your stay please ask for details .Beautiful swimming pool which has an juccuzi seating area at far end of one pool also.

Beautiful tiled terrace of the living room with bistro table and a lockable gate leads down into a pretty garden private which has a four seater table and chairs with parasol. Off the living room terrace are steps leading upto a large tiled roof top terrace where it has a sofa two chairs and privacy to sun bath on the sun loungers on the roof solarium a beautiful area to enjoy anytime of the day but especially in the evening and a fantastic private space to put the sun loungers out and sunbath in private on top of the world it's our favorite place to be. Fantastic large shopping mall and restaurants with biggest primark in Europe just five minute drive or fifteen minute walk La zenia boulevard..We can at your request get in for arrivals a welcome pack for late arrivals and special occasions please ask for details.
