Mullagrach is a single storey house built in the 1950's in the hamlet of Polbain with spectacular views across to Tanera Mor and the Summer Isles. The house is immaculate, with a fully equipped kitchen, and high quality pristine furnishings throughout. It is our holiday home and we are willing to rent it out occasionally to guests who will respect it and our property.

The house has a modern central heating system with limitless hot water and is warm and cosy in the winter. The sitting room is spacious and well furnished for an evening in front of the fire, or to rest weary limbs after a day on the hills or out on the water. It has a 40inch TV with satellite receiver (only free to air channels) and DVD player.The beds all have high quality fully sprung mattresses, with cotton sheets and down duvets. The kitchen has a brand new electric range and induction hob, and lots of kitchen equipment, pans, tins etc, just as you would expect to find in someone's home.

There is wifi throughout the house with no limit on usage.

Interaction with guest

As we want the house to be properly cleaned and prepared before you arrive, please can you arrive after 4:30pm. At the end of your stay, please can you leave the house by 10am. We will provide access details when we accept your booking; you will need to let yourselves in as we do not live at the property when it is let out. Please always close the front gate and back gate to prevent sheep coming into the garden – our plants are much more tasty than the hillside grass!
