Beautiful modern spacious well equipped Villa on the outskirts of Alhaurin el Grande, boasting spectacular views of the town and mountains.The property sleeps 4 persons and totally secluded and not shared with anyone.There is a hot tub, BBQ and sun loungers with towels and with outside corner sofa and round dinning table with bench seating. the property has secure parking, not just for cars but motor bikes and bicycles. We are located on the outskirts of the town but classified as country living, one can walk into the local town but this is a good 20 to 25 minute walk, so in the high of summer and to view the area and region, a car is highly recommended to maximise your experience on the Costa del Sol.
The neighbouring town of Coin is a just 15 minutes away by car.
The larger towns and beaches of Malaga, Torremolinos, Benalmádena, Fuengirola, Marbella can also be reached within 30-40 minutes by car. The main town of Alhaurín el Grande has a bus service to Malaga, Mijas, Fuengirola and Coin.
For your pleasure there is hot tub for the cooler months which doubles as a dip pool for the warmer climate.
