VILLA FOR RENT ON THE FRENCH RIVIERA, WELL SITUATED NEAR BIOT, BEAUTIFUL , FOR 7 PERSONS

This is the perfect place to stay in southern France. It is very convenient to explore the coast from Italy to St. Tropez since the villa is located right in the middle. The villa sits up on the hillside looking down on the Mediteraenen sea, and the views from the house and the garden day and night are spectacular.

The Villa is large, comfortable, clean and attractive and you feel right at home as soon as you arrive. You will enjoy the privacy and security that come with being in a gated community. The domaine has a large community swimming pool, two tenniscourts ( new decks in 2011) and a play ground for children. You also have a " Petanque" court where you can play. The house has a garage and private parking places.

Children can play safely on the large terrace(60m2) and the garden. The garden is surrounded by a hedge and a fence.

There is a beautiful and green parc close to the house where you can enjoy your jogging or walks on nice paths.

The house is close to attractions like Marineland, amusemen parks, the village of Biot with its cafees and restaurants and just a short drive to the charming Antibes.

Owner's reply:
This review is unfortunately not correct. The leasing contract stipulate that the lessee shall leave ? 100 for the final cleaning + ? 12,50 for the bedlinen and towels pr person. We have a couple that interferes after each lessee and does all the cleaning. They work very conciensly and prepare the house to a high standard. They have worked for us for many years. Never had any complaint. This lessee chose to clean the house themselves without consulting us on forehand. The result was not to our standards so our cleaning team had to do everything again. We therefore withdraw ? 50 from the deposit. We communicated many times during their stay and they were happy all the way. It was a surprise to us that they chose to do the cleaning to save and did not respect our contract.
