Located at the 3rd floor of a stone with lift, this apartment building has been redone entirely in 2012. A new well equipped kitchen (oven, range hood, fridge, induction, kettle, toaster...) with worktop, bathroom with large shower and a bright living room with 3 large windows facing South.

A mezzanine, carried out by a cabinetmaker, offers you plenty of storage and a sleeping 160 and, for those who prefer, we have also a sofa bed in the living room.

The ceilings, the wooden floor of time and apparent stone provide lots of charm to this atypical and warm apartment, ideally located to enjoy full days but also Bordeaux nights!

Underground parking at 300 metres, Tram and rent a bike at 10 meters.

Renowned for its cafes and trendy restaurants in the golden triangle of Bordeaux sector registered world heritage of the Unesco.

We love this apartment. for its location, its unobstructed view of beautiful buildings in stone and its brightness: close to airway access, underground parking, from the shops of the city centre and the District of bobo, nice and festive, and safe day and night.

Flat was small, but warm and with good natural light.. Host was friendly, helpful. But the place had not been cleaned, bedding quite shabby and out of date stuff left in fridge. No toilet roll, soap … More
