Situated on a small farm (no longer a working farm) with access to fields with fantastic views. Quiet lanes for walking and cycling. 15 minute walk into our self contained village which has everything you need: fuel/ service garage, post office, doctor’s surgery, vets,2 grocery stores, pub, church, butcher’s, hardware shop. 20 minutes drive to local beaches at Bude, 5 minutes drive to horse riding stables and Tamar Lakes for fishing and water activities. 20 minutes drive to historic Clovelly fishing village. Our cottage has been created from a small grain barn located next to the main farmhouse. The main bedroom has a super comfy king size bed and a cute Juliette balcony. The second bedroom has full size bunk beds again with very comfortable mattresses. Downstairs the kitchen has cooker and hob, microwave, fridge with small freezer compartment, dishwasher and washing machine. There is a small patio area in the garden with table and 4 chairs for outside dining. There is plenty of room for parking as the cottage is adjacent to the farmyard. We frequently accommodate visitors with towing caravans en route to campsites further into.Cornwall, or other trailers.
