When the fresh sea air beckons, step outside to the front terrace and enjoy the afternoon sun and watch the goings on in 'Fishtown'. Brixham’s harbour and town centre is within walking distance and you will find the heritage site of Berry Head National Nature Reserve via the South West Coast Path, and ferry boats that take passengers the short journey across the bay to Torquay throughout the year. So park up the car and explore. For cosy days in you will find a Smart HD TV complete with Freeview, BBC iPlayer and Netflix to keep all generations happy. There’s even a collection of books, games and puzzles for those evenings that are about unwinding.
A stay at The Seadog includes the complimentary use of a beach hut on Broadsands beach which is equipped with buckets and spades, chairs and sunloungers. Separated by the rows of colourful beach huts and the promenade, Broadsands has a large grass area for picnics and watching the passing steam trains on one side and the beach on the other side which at low tide makes a perfect playground for young and old. There is a café and toilet facilities along the promenade and the watersports centre offers sea kayaking, Stand Up Paddleboards and pedalos in the peak months.

Access:
North View Road is a narrow lane and due to the need for Emergency vehicles to be able to get through cars are not permitted to park along the road. We advise that you pull up for unloading cases on arrival. Long stay car parking can be found at Oxen Cove or Brixham Marina.
The property is situated in an elevated part of Brixham and accessed via steps that lead up to the front door from the street level. Inside, the property is arranged over three floors, therefore the cottage would not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
