The Lookout has been renovated to a high standard and provides stylish and comfortable accommodation for up to four people (plus a travel cot for babies). We have styled the flat with feature wall paper, sparkly kitchen tiles and beautiful vintage bits and bobs - modern meets retro in perfect harmony!

Covering the top two stories of a Victorian townhouse in the conservation area of Broadstairs, The Lookout has two bedrooms (one double and one twin with 2 single beds). There is a spacious front room, fully-fitted kitchen, family bathroom, as well as a separate shower room and WC.

The Lookout is situated in a very quiet lane in the oldest part of Broadstairs, with many flint-walled buildings dating back to the 18th century and earlier. It's a truly unique location as it is strikingly tranquil yet really central - so close to the beach and centre of Broadstairs.

We are unable to offer off-street parking, but there is some unrestricted parking in the road outside The Lookout ie on Devonshire Terrace itself and in neighbouring streets. In addition, there is a pay and display car park less than one minute's walk away.

Lovely Apartment

The property was clean, spacious and very well appointed. We managed to park outside the apartment which was a short stroll into to town. A thoroughly enjoyable stay in Broadstairs!
