SUPERB BUNCRANA LOCATION!!!! This comfortable 3 bedroom detached holiday home on private 0.25 acre site is located 1km from Buncrana Main Street. It is also a stones throw from the beach, Buncrana Municipal Golf Course, The Inishowen Gateway Hotel, The Drift Inn Bar and Restaurant and Topaz Petrol Station/Convenience Store. It is very central and within reachable distance of all other local amenities also.

It comprises the following accommodation:-

Kitchen-Dining Room, Living Room, Utility, 2 Double Bedrooms and 1 Twin Bedroom.

The fully fitted kitchen includes Electric Oven, Gas Hob, Dishwasher, Fridge Freezer, Microwave, Kettle, Toaster, Washing Maching and Tumble Dryer.

The bathroom has a bath and a separate electric shower, washbasin and toilet.

Oil coin meters are installed to pay as you use and an prepay top up card is available for electricity.

PLEASE NOTE: Hire of the property for formal after parties and hen/stag parties for large groups of young adults is strictly forbidden.
