The apartment is very cozy, and consists of: Living room (with double sofa bed), kitchen, laundry room, 1 bathroom, 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and terrace with garden. Satellite TV is available in the lounge, fans and radiators. And on the terrace / garden you can enjoy sunbathing and relax in the hammocks. The kitchen is fully equipped with coffee maker, toaster, microwave, juicer of natural juices, ... pots, pans, plates, glasses, glasses, cutlery and other kitchen utensils. It has bath / sink towels, dryer and blankets, as well as washing machine, ironing board and iron. We put at your disposal the use of portable air conditioning (with an additional cost of € 10 / day). We can also put at your service a baby cot and a high chair if you wish (this service is free for our guests). You must take into account that since 07/07/2016, in the Balearic Islands, you must pay the tourist accommodation tax (Sustainable Tourism). In this case, this tax is € 2 per person and per day (children under 16 are exempt from the tax). Long-term tourists will have a 50% discount on the tax from the 9th day of their stay at the same accommodation. This tax has to be paid at check-in.
