The property is a semi-detached weaver's cottage, dating from 1868 and fully modernised. It has a lounge with dining table. There is a large flatscreen Smart TV with Freeplay, video recorder and blueray DVD player. Free Wifi is provided.

There is a fully-equipped kitchen with large fridge/freezer, double oven, induction hob, microwave and dishwasher.

The main bedroom has a superking bed, which can be 2 singles on request, and an adjoining utility/cloakroom, containing wash-hand basin, WC, washing machine and tumble dryer.

The second bedroom has a double bed.

Both bedrooms have wardrobes providing hanging and drawer space.

The bathroom has a bath with electric shower, WC and wash-hand basin.

A hairdryer and iron and ironing board are also provided, as are basic necessities such as towels and bed linen, toilet rolls, bin liners, dishwasher tablets, washing capsules and fabric softener, tea bags, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper and cooking oil.
