Villa Victoria is a private vacational rental home offering exceptional comfort we offer on change over days please request a lovely video to watch , located in Costa Teguise Lanzarote close to the beach just 700 metre away so no car is needed which is a huge saving for families- bars shops supermarkets just 150 metre away. We are proud to have been personally visited by Trip Advisor and achieved a 5* rating! Our beautiful villa is designed in typical Spanish bungalow style, on a quiet, prestigious estate of detached villas, just 700 metres from the nearest beach.

You will find fantastic local amenities, just 150 metres away, including bars, restaurants & supermarket. There is also soft play & bowling at the Santa Rosa complex, located just 100 metres away, so there is no need to have a car rental with our property (if you would rather not) as everything is very local and close. For those with children, there is even a lovely park just 50 metres away!

The villa is set in tropical private gardens and is designed with families and young children in mind, offering a gated, safe swimming pool area and a gated play area, with lots of free equipment for families with toddlers. We also have 2 adult bikes with infant seats and assorted child bikes and pushchairs for your use completely free of charge.

We offer free WiFi access and a computer for those who wish to use it which is also free of charge. For those who wish to play, there is a Playstation with games. We have English TV channels, including Sky Sports, Sky News, Cartoons, ITV, BBC Etc. We also have a large selection of DVD’s.

The villa benefits from a heated pool (both electric pump and solar), which guarantees a minimum temperature of 28 degrees throughout the year, so swimming in the winter is a definite option, as we are perfect for winter holidays! Our villa also has a paddle pool for the little ones which has soft play mats and is completely secure.

The spacious front sun terrace features a large cane sofa, ideal for the adults to relax under its large, shaded sun canopy, which overlooks the front garden, which is beautifully lit at night. Both front and rear patios have dining tables, perfect for romantic or family alfresco dining, benefitting from plenty of sunbeds with deep padded luxury cushions. There is also a BBQ and a hammock to relax in while the kids play.

TERMS

We take secured credit card payments via secure email link. There is a small charge for this of 1.5% (just £7.50 additional to the £500 holding deposit). The remaining balance will be due 8 weeks prior to your arrival. We like to deal with guests directly for your safety and piece of mind.

Booking is per NIGHT, this means if you arrived on 31st August for one week, your last day (according to the booking calendar) would be the 6th for your return to your home on the 7th.

Please Note:

We are just 100 metre from the Santa Rosa apartments so if we do not have the correct dates you need and want to book for example, 8 nights some of our guests have booked an additional night there.

Please note it is a new law that police forms are submitted for all persons staying at the villa

Whenever possible, we like to meet our guests personally when they arrive, to ensure your holiday goes without a hitch. We are happy to recommend the best restaurants and attractions should you wish. We speak to all guests 2 weeks before arrival to answer any last-minute questions and to ensure you are completely happy with all the arrangements. If you are thinking of staying for 2 weeks, we advise that internet shopping is a great way to ensure you have everything you need, if you are here for just one week, the local shops are well stocked, and you will find them very friendly and helpful. We can supply a floor plan plus inventory of all equipment.

We only take family bookings, we supply beach towels - all bedding and towels are cleaning by our property management company . The deposit is £500 we take all credit cards- the company that process my card payments charge 1.5% which is £7-50 on top of the deposit - final payments due 8 wks prior to arrival peak
