The cottage has private parking, a large private garden, patio with outside dining area and a BBQ and fire pit, all set in the expansive and beautiful grounds of Carpenter House, built in 1883 by the poet Edward Carpenter, within 1 minutes’ walk of the famous Royal Oak pub.

The cottage is completely independent, however your hosts, mother and daughter, Jo and Sophie, are available on site 24hrs for any queries you may have to ensure a most enjoyable stay.
