East Lavant holiday house rental with beach/lake nearby, internet access, golf and walking

Part of the village but with the rolling Sussex countryside all around us, this is the perfect UK summer spot. Set in the heart of the Goodwood estate, we are handily placed for all the summer car and horse-racing events at Goodwood. Further afield, the huge, sandy West Wittering beach is a short drive away. Perfect for road and hill cycling (there are hundreds of tracks), you can also explore historic Chichester, visit Arundel Castle nearby, or just lounge in our pretty, flowering garden, which also has table tennis, a decked area for eating al fresco, and a further upper garden where you can enjoy sundowners while overlooking the fields and hills. We recently acquired a lovely Indian tent from which you can still enjoy the view, while being sheltered from the wind.

East Lavant is a charming Sussex village with many houses built in the flint / brick combination typical of the area. We have 2 award winning pubs within a mile of us.

The family house is colourful and friendly inside, with 2 comfy receptions and a big kitchen with sofa and eating area. From here there are French windows which lead onto the garden. Upstairs there are 2 double rooms (both with kingsize beds) and 2 singles. There is one family bathroom upstairs, and a shower room downstairs.There is off street parking for 2 cars, and a small garage with a selection of bikes for your use.
