Are you getting married in Florida? Why not surprise your loved one with the luxury of a four poster bed suite!

The home is big enough for the whole family to stay, with the extra luxury of a luxurious four poster en-suite master bedroom.

Why stay in seperate hotel rooms with few facilities when you could be staying in our five bedroom home from home with everything required for a relaxing stay. Close enough to all the popular parks and a stones throw to excellent golf courses, restaurants and shopping, The choice is yours whether to have a relaxing chill out or an energetic adrenalin filled day completed with a dip in your own pool or watching the sun set on the reservation behind with a glass of wine and the company of

For the children there are board games, books and dvd's and a games room with air hockey, darts and pool table.

There is a full size cot, a travel cot, a high chair, 2 lightweight buggies and a pushchair available free of charge. For our younger guests safety, we also have 2 stair gates and a pool safety fence. There is a baby bottle steriliser, changing mat and 2 baby baths also available to save on your luggage space.

The property consists of a lounge/dining room with two x 2 seater sofas, 2 lamp tables and lamps, coffee table. There is also a large dining table which easily seats 6. This leads into the main lounge area with 50 inch LCD HDTV, DVD player, 3 seater sofa, 3 seater bed sofa lamps/tables. There is also a bar seating area with 3 bar stools.

There is a large well equipped kitchen which was updated in 2013 to add a new fridge/freezer with ice making facilities, new worktops and the floor tiled throughout. This includes cooker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and all equipment needed for a relaxing vacation.

Adjoining this is an informal bistro style dining area which leads to the pool via patio doors.

The pool is fully screened with a removable safety fence which is ideal for keeping small children safe. We supply all pool furniture including relaxers, full size loungers, table and chairs.

The garage has been converted into a large games room with pool table, air hockey and electronic darts. There is also a table and chairs for board games.

Utility room with full sized washing machine, tumble drier which were replaced in 2013, iron and ironing board.

POOL AND PATIO DETAILS: The pool area faces onto conservation land and is fully screened and enclosed with a West facing pool for incredible sunsets. There are relaxers with footstools, sun loungers, table and chairs and umbrella available for your comfort.

Although we live in the U.K, we are always happy to answer questions regarding the home or surrounding area. Locally, the home is managed for us by Exclusive Villas who have been operating in the Disney area for over 15 years and have built an excellent reputation. They are based 10 minutes away at the Westridge Plaza and phone numbers are in the home and are supplied with the directions. Entrance to the home is by lock box and the code is supplied with the directions when the directions are sent after final payment has been received. This means that entrance to the home can be out of office hours if you are having a late flight or a long drive to the property. There is free wi-fi in the home and the log on code is sent with all details.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Sindy (the owner) a message.

If Sindy (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
