This sensational Provénce style villa is located on a mountain nature reserve, allowing for privacy and quietness while overlooking Gordon’s Bay Village and False Bay ocean.

The perfect setting offering unbelievable panoramic views. When booked the villa is exclusively yours and can accommodate at least 16 guests. Minimum stay, 2 nights.

DOWNSTAIRS

•Open plan farm-style, fully equipped kitchen with breakfast nook seating 6.

•Scullery with dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer.

•Walk-in pantry with a safe for personal valuables to be stored.

•Spacious open plan living room with large flat screen TV, Premier DSTV, HiFi system, built-in fireplace, folding back glass doors opening onto the terrace.

•Opening onto the terrace the dining room can seat 8-10, ceiling fan and built-in fireplace.

•1st bedroom - King bed, ceiling fan, wardrobe, ensuite bathroom (shower only).

•2nd bedroom - Queen bed, ceiling fan, wardrobe, ensuite bathroom (shower only).

•Covered terrace overlooking the pool with 6 seater bench table and 4 comfy cane chairs.

•Moveable braai situated on the terrace by the pool with 3 deck loungers.

•Secure parking for up to 6 cars.

UPSTAIRS

•Large family room with a variety of board games, books and jig-saw puzzles, has wrap-around balcony overlooking the pool.

•3rd bedroom - Queen bed, ceiling fan, walk-in closet, ensuite bathroom (Victorian bath and shower), balcony.

•4th bedroom - Queen bed + bunkbeds, ceiling fan, walk-in closet, ensuite bathroom (Victorian bath and shower). Shares balcony with 5th bedroom - Queen bed + bunkbeds, ceiling fan, walk-in closet, ensuite bathroom (Victorian bath and shower).

•6th bedroom - King bed, ceiling fan, walk-in closet, ensuite bathroom (modern oval bath and shower), covered balcony.

•The surrounding property has outside security beams and a sensor system inside the villa, connected to Gordon’s Bay Security Company. Allowing guest’s the security at all times.

•Free fast speed WIFI throughout the villa.
