Holton Lodge was originally an 18th century farm. The Barns have been converted into six luxury cottages and two 'Hotel Rooms', inspected and registered with Quality in Tourism, achieving 4/5 star gold standard.

Set in the rural countryside of Lincolnshire, approximately 5 miles from Cleethorpes Seaside and Beach.

The owners, Margaret & John who live on site,extend a warm welcome to all their guests, and include a welcome pack of Tea, Coffee, Sugar, Milk and Homemade Cake.

We also boast large gardens with Tennis Court, Boules Court and Croquet, and a Large Wildlife Carp Lake with two beautiful black swans in residence,

A warm welcome home

The cottage was beautifully appointed with every amenity we could want and our hosts were warm and welcoming, with Margaret even providing a tasty fresh-baked cake for us.
