The moment you walk through the door of Villa Lule your eyes are drawn to the extensive terrace and garden. This is by far the most decadent part of the villa, it not only faces south but west too. Enjoy a cool drink as you witness the most incredibly colourful sunsets over the mountains to the Dubrovnik Yacht marina.

Well appointed rooms offer luxury, space, privacy and peace . The villa is located in the quieter Herzegovina region of Bosnia.

The accommodation offered is spacious, with a modern an open plan lounge and dining area seating 6 . Comfortable sofas (one is a sfa bed for 1-2 additional guests) are arranged around the 'picture postcard' window.

Wi-Fi, satellite TV and a DVD player are available. There is an additional downstairs cloakroom and WC for your guests.

A fully fitted kitchen with a fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher is to help make less time spent in the kitchen. There is a separate area for the laundry. The dining area has table and chairs to seat 6, with crockery for a BBQ to a dinner party or choose to dine alfresco under the pergola.

There are also 2 beautiful large bedrooms both with locally handmade beds, quality mattresses and bed linen, both have en suite bathrooms with large walk in showers.

All the rooms in the villa are air conditioned with sea and mountain views.

The pool (9x4) and terrace has sun loungers for those sun worshipers and a pergola for those needing a little shade. For your relaxation there is an out door lounge area,with wrought iron table and chairs with comfy cushions, where you can take in the views, ejoy a cocktail and evening sunsets.

A BBQ and a large, marble topped table enables you to enjoy alfresco dinning under the shade of the new pergola.

There is pool side shower and WC.

Pool heating is INCLUDED in the villa price in all months except July and August. We have modern strong heating pumps but due to our elevated position and the drop in nighttime temperatures we find it difficult to heat the pool to a temperature suitable for swimming, in the early months of the year and towards the latter part of the season. It is not a guarantee. (if you require pool heating in July or August it is provided at £15 per day).

Please be aware it takes 24 hrs plus to make a difference in the water temperature.

NB: The pool will not be filled from end November till April, as it is difficult to heat in the winter months.

Ideally located just 4 km away from the nearest beaches and restaurants, 6 km from Dubrovnik Old Town and 14 km from the airport.

We can also offer you our own car for rent whilst staying, at a competitive rate, with a child car seat if necessary and free airport transfers.

Interaction with guest

Where possible we do like to meet and greet guests in person and welcome you by showing you around the property and explaining the facilities. If you are arriving late, we will inform you as to where you can collect a key and then our property manager will visit you, at your conveniece the following day. We have a welcome brochure with places of recommendation to visit, restaurants with directions etc and our property manager is usually on hand to help with bookings and general enquiries about the area.

Amazing vacation home!
