The estate contains 6 homes; four 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom 2250 sq. ft. and two 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom 1420 sq. ft. Each home is close enough so everyone can dine or have evening cocktails together, but far enough away for maximum privacy. Whether your staying with a group of friends, coworkers, or with your bothers, sisters, their kids, grandma and grandpa each of you can have your own home and not get into each others hair. It is perfect for everyone.
The estate is perfectly located on the main highway near all large tourist destinations in Costa Rica's Central Pacific area and are only minutes away from Carara National Park and the famous Tarcoles/Crocodile Bridge. The homes are hidden on a fully enclosed 20 acre fruit grove consisting of mango, star fruit, guava, guanabana, papaya, cashew, avocado, bananas, plantains, lemon, orange, grapefruit trees, and many more.
No expense was spared on their construction. The homes are beautifully decorated in a Mediterranean/Mexican style. Pre Columbian art adorns the walls. Imported handmade Talavera tiles create a relaxing experience in the ample bathrooms. The bathrooms are furnished with Kohler faucets and baths and the towel collection that we offer is one of the thickest towels. It is 100% combed Cotton, which makes the towel extra absorbent and has superior softness; it is an extraordinary experience each time you step out of the bath.
The beddings luxurious linens are splendidly crafted from cotton to a smooth heavenly finish. This makes them notorious for their supreme softness and also acts as a natural antibacterial ensuring the bed is the ultimate sanctuary.

An amazing amount of wildlife can be found on the property including a large troop of mantled howler monkeys as well as butterflies, turtles, red tailed squirrels, iguanas, frogs, forest rabbits, scarlet macaws as well as a variety of other seasonal tropical birds.
We offer a variety of other services such as housekeeping, airport transfers, grocery stocking, catering preparations, spa services or excursions, private chefs, concierge services and a Costa Rican mobile phone can be arrange as an extra fee.
You will have access to the entire 20 acre property including the clubhouse with concierge (during specified hours), gym, business center, and private pool. We will give you they keys as well as a tour of the property and homes. From there it is up to you. Also, our onsite concierge will help you with any tours or special services you might need during your stay.
We are located on the main highway (route 34). There are 12 restaurants, 4 mini marts, 8 farmers stands, 2 ice cream parlors, 1 gas station, and several souvenir shops all within 1 mile of the properties front gates.
Safe and inexpensive public transportation can also be found across the street.
