Situated in the heart of the pretty village of Kirkmichael, this converted stone stable building is on an organic smallholding.

The cottage is spacious and perfect as a comfortable holiday home. Cosy and well equipped, it has the comforts of a wood burning fire in the sitting room, stripped pine floors downstairs, dvd, tv and internet connection.The beds are comfortable with feather duvets and good quality mattresses.

Downstairs there is an entrance hall, toilet and washbaisin, well equipped kitchen and a spacious sitting room with a games cupboard and plenty of dvd's to watch as well as books to read. Upstairs are the lovely carpeted bedrooms and shower / bathroom with power shower. Nice views from the front of the cottage to watch the chickens in the yard.

The cottage is set in about 2 acres of garden with a stream running through it, you are free to explore and look in the pond by the summer house. There is a gate so that children are safe from the road.
