This is an idyllic cottage built in the nineteenth century but fully modernised. It is open plan inside with full mod cons but retaining all its character. It looks out onto a sheltered courtyard where you can sit out in the summer and enjoy a quiet drink .Being on one level with a wide door it is a cottage good for anyone who does not want stairs.The country location makes it ideal for those with a well-behaved dog. The cottage is fully equipped with a dining area which seats at least 6 comfortably and the bedroom has both a king-size and single bed. The kitchens incorporates the usually amenities including microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. The sitting area has a wood burning stove and includes the sofa-bed which sleeps two and the TV with free sat .

The location is superb for anyone wanting to combine a peaceful farm stay with shopping in Lincoln.The attractive yet convenient location makes it just right for a romantic weekend, or for cycling, bird-watching,walking or exploring farm attractions with the children. Just a few steps away is our own little farm shop where you can buy produce.

Ask for £100 3 night out of season breaks selected dates . Uncle Henry's, Hemswell Antiques Hibaldstow Sky dive and Trent Valley Gliding all minutes by car .

The cottage shares a courtyard withe farm house so help is on hand if you need it....or you can be totally private. Our little farm-shop is on the farm site too . Close by we have our farm animals and operate a small camping site.This is very much a working small farm yet still [provides a peaceful gettaway.
