Villa is in little Istrian village Kunj near town Labin in cental Istria. Villa has private swimming pool and it is located on peaceful and isolated place, surrounded with nature.
In groud floor there are living room, big terrace, kitchen, dining room, one bedroom and bathroom. On the first floor there are three bedrooms, two with terrace (nature/pool view) and bathroom. House has a big private garden where are table tennis, swings, toboggan, barbecue, and swimming pool.
