Meia Praia (trans: Big Beach) is situated on the Algarve adjacent to Lagos, the old Moorish capital of the Western Algarve. With a collossal 4 mile beach, it is 3 minutes from bustling Lagos and all its shopping and restaurants. This is a large airy modern Morrocan themed, garden level apartment based in one of the Algarve's most relaxing family-oriented resorts. The apartment is 1500 square feet in size with three double bedrooms (master with double-bed and large en suite bathroom, and two twin bedrooms), a large living room with 3 piece suite and dining suite, fully equipped kitchen and main bathroom. There is a dedicated parking space in the underground carpark. The apartment has lots of terrace space (large living room/kitchen terrace plus separate terrace off each bedroom, all overlooking spectacular gardens). It contains all modern equipment and wifi. The grounds are extensive , beautiful and safe for kids (access is through locked gates). There are tennis courts, a kiddies playground, very large solar heated adult pool, kiddies pool and rambling garden walks. Destino, the on-site restaurant and bar is open all day during peak months and provides good family fare, drinks and wifi. The main beach is a 10 minute walk (one minute by car). Central Lagos, and supermarkets are a 3 minute drive away. 24 hour security too. Full linen is provided and additional linen and maid service can be arranged through our local maid.
