Luxurious and modern apartment with stunning views of Las Canteras beach in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, ideal for relaxing. Bright and renovated in 2012, it has two bedrooms, living room overlooking the beach, kitchen, bathroom and interior patio. It can comfortably accommodate up to 4 adults and a baby. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with TV and satellite TV in the living room and in the main room, WIFI, DVD, oven, portable air conditioning, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, hob, iron and ironing board, kitchenware , household linen, toaster and coffee maker. You have direct access on foot to Las Canteras beach (it is a few meters away), being in a quiet area with a wide range of restaurants and bars, shops, supermarkets, pharmacy and market. The entrance to the building is enabled for the access of people with reduced mobility.
