The apartment, which can accommodate up to 4 people, consists of a living room with kitchenette and a double bedroom, both very bright and with panoramic views, and a bathroom. The living room is furnished with a table and 4 chairs, a queen-sized sofa bed, two armchairs and a TV. The kitchenette is equipped with electric cooker, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, crockery and linen. The living room leads to a balcony, on the first floor, overlooking the Lake. The bathroom has a shower and hairdryer.
On the back of the villa there is a quiet garden with table and chairs where it is possible to dine.

About 150 meters from the villa there is a large parking lot, a grocery store (selling also newspapers and cigarettes), a pizza restaurant, a playground for children and a small beach.At about 1 km, you will find two renowned nautical centres, where you can enjoy water skiing and water sports or just relaxing.Bellagio, the beautiful "Pearl of the Lake", is just 7 km away. There you will enjoy delicious restaurants, shopping, nightlife and boat-trips.
