This beautiful bungalow is set in a tranquil riverside location on the outskirts of Liskeard. It is situated just five minutes from the picturesque Bodmin Moor and 20 minutes from the beach at Looe.
The bungalow is ideal for couples or families - children and up to three dogs are most welcome.
Freshly redecorated for 2024, the detached bunglow sleeps up to four people plus a travel cot.
The large open plan living-dining room is stylishly decorated with comfortable sofas and a dining table to seat four plus highchair.
The newly installed, well equipped kitchen contains a selection of equipment and appliances to enhance your stay.
The master bedroom has a king size bed and there are views of the river from the bedroom window.
The second bedroom has full sized bunk beds which could be used by adults, teens or children.
The bungalow has a private, fenced in patio with a table and chairs which is a real sun trap. There is also access to a shared grass area and the stream, as well as the wider estate.
Outside there is a hose for cleaning muddy dogs or sandy children!
There is a private parking space next to the bungalow, as well as additional visitor parking opposite if you have more than one car.
We welcome up to two well behaved dogs for an additional cleaning cost.
For younger children, a high chair and travel cot are available on request.
A welcome hamper will be waiting for you on arrival with some Cornish treats, freshly baked goodies and essential food items to start your holiday.
We live just 20 minutes from the property and are always on hand if you have any issues during your stay.
