There are even 5 large brick walls, dating back to the second world war, 'to stop the invasion in its track!' Large double gates allow you to enter the secluded property and grounds and external CCTV has been installed for your safety and security
The house is situated just outside Llanbedrog, a beautiful costal village with scenic walks, beaches and local pubs. Neighbouring Abersoch, was voted one of Sunday Times 'best places to live', here you will find numerous restaurants, pubs and shops and spectacular beaches with plenty of water-sports. The house itself is within walking distance of 2 beaches and 2 pubs. This Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty is a top UK holiday destination with golf courses, scenic coastal walks and cycle routes. Glynllifon is the perfect place to stay and explore the beautiful Llyn Penninsula or simply stay at the house, relax and enjoy!

This 6 bedroom, 4 bath/shower-room comfortably hosts 15 people. We happily host smaller groups. The large Country house is set in landscaped gardens with a stream and ponds.
Inside the house you fill find a large entertaining area, separate bar and fantastic amenities such as the huge whirlpool bath and pool table.
All linen is provided in line with booking numbers, this includes, quality cotton bedding, towels and tea towels.
No pets or animals are allowed inside the house or outside in the grounds.

Living Spaces
Glynllifon has a large open plan living space with comfortable lounge area over-looking the gardens with sofas and a 42” TV. The perfect space for relaxing after a busy day and great for chilled out holidays. The dining area has a large table and enough chairs for all guests. There is a pool table to keep the kids and adults entertained on rainy days. Across the hall there is a separate bar room, which is ideal for socialising with friends, or watching sport.
Cooking and Dining
With the beach less than a mile away you can work up an appetite before coming home and cooking up a feast in the well-equipped kitchen and enjoy eating in the dining area, alternatively BBQ and dine al fresco on the patio overlooking the gardens.
The 6 burner gas hob, double oven, grill and large American fridge-freezer with ice making machine are ideal for large groups.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms
Comfort and space reigns at Glynllifon House. Sleeping 15 people comfortably, there is a range of Super King, King and Single beds providing options for single adults and couples, as well as children.
As well as the en-suite to the master bedroom and second people, there is a shared shower room on the first-floor landing and a separate WC and shower on the same floor. On the ground floor you will find a amazing large bathroom, with rain shower and a luxurious whirlpool bath big enough to fit a couple of people.

Gardens and Grounds
The house is approached via a long driveway, passing ponds, a putting green, lined with mature trees encompassing a 150 yd front garden and a large back garden both ideal for al fresco dining/ barbeques. Enjoy the fresh air on the patio area with outdoor seating and BBQ area. A natural stream runs along the wall and meanders its way from one pond onto the next before it finds its way to the sea. There is a firepit and seating area by the ponds where guests can sit and relax and toast marshmallows.
