A mile from the Estate entrance, the East Bothy nestles among the hills and fields and often, in the evenings, deer come in to the gardens to graze. The Attadale Estate offers glorious walking (including two Munros) loch and river fishing. When you stay in the East Bothy, you have free access to Attadale Gardens at all times.

The East Bothy is a pretty 19th century semi-detached cottage which sleeps four. This year new double glazed windows have been installed too. There is a large comfortable living room with a wood/coal burning stove at one end and a dining area and kitchen at the other. The bathroom has a shower and toilet. There is one double and one twin bedroom upstairs. New kitchen installed recently. New bathroom installed.

It has an electric cooker, microwave oven, fridge, freezer, immersion heaters, with electric heaters in all rooms, shaver socket and heated rail in the bathroom. There is now television reception with a 32" TV plus DVD player. Limited Wi-Fi is available.

Baby cot and high chairs available, just let us know if you need them.

The tariff includes the use of the cottage and all its contents. Duvets and linen are supplied, including towels. Wood is also included for the wood burning stove.

A self-service launderette is available at Attadale House, you can use it at any time..

We live a mile down the road so you can call on us at any time. We leave you in peace otherwise. The front door is left open for your arrival. You are allowed to visit Attadale Gardens for free as often as you like during your stay. You can buy venison burgers from the Garden Gatehouse.
