Lovely 'maisonette' apartment which forms the upper floors of a Victorian villa with completely private entrance and extensive gardens including good parking.

This feels more like a house than an apartment, and is as attractive and cosy for a couple as it is for a family or several friends, with 1 bedroom and bathroom on the 'lower' floor with the lounge, dining room and kitchen, and two additional bedrooms and a shower room in the attic space. The lounge and adjacent bedroom have lovely unobstructed views across the loch, as do the two upper bedrooms.

Refurbished in 2020/21 the apartment is pleasantly furnished, with a slightly period feel.

The private gardens are mature and secluded, despite being virtually in the heart of the village, with plenty of space to relax and take in the views over the tidal loch and surrounding mountains. The village pub is a 5 minute walk and the extensive leisure facilities in the nearby holiday complex, which includes a swimming pool, are great for children and adults alike.

This area is a walkers paradise, and boat hire, fishing and other outdoor activities are available nearby.

Visitors should note that there is a small flight of steps to the front door, but once inside, the 'ground' floor is self contained including the one bedroom as described above.
