We would like to welcome guests to our luxury air conditioned 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment.

This apartment comes with a LargeTV in livingroom and a second TV in bedroom2 FREE WiFi

Fully furnished to a high standard with modern decor, once inside the apartment the contemporary open plan lounge dining room leads directly on to a large terrace with ample lounge seating area, and is the perfect place to relax and unwind.

The apartment sleeps 6 comfortably therefore is a great holiday accommodation for a family, group of friends or golfers; the master bedroom has a king size double bed whilst the second and third bedrooms have twin beds that can be made into super king sized if required. There is also a Sofa bed in living room if required.

The property is well equipped with all required appliances for a self catering holiday including crockery, cutlery, iron, hair drier towels and linen. For guests who would like luxury holiday accommodation our Roda Golf apartment is the perfect home from home. Air conditioning fitted with a coin meter, 15 euro will be credited free of charge per week. The Apartment is situated just a couple of meters away a great sized swimming pool, there is 3 pools that can be used

We are situated next to the new pedestrian security gate giving you quicker foot and bike access to the town and beach.

The En Suite is fitted with a bath and shower. There is a flat screen television in the living area showing English channels, there is also a playstation2 and a dvd player with usb Single beds can be linked together to make super king size doubles . There is also a blue tooth speaker.

The property has a large wrap around size sun terrace that can be accessed both from the living area and the master bedroom. The swimming pool is situated just meters away this is 1 of 3 swimming pools that can be used. There are a number of play parks and fitness stations throughout the complex. Free WIFI.
